Allison Stokke and Alyce Caron

Allison Stokke has been a pole vaulter for more than 20 years. She was born on 22 March 1989, in Newport Beach California. In 2007, a photograph of Stokke at an age-appropriate track meet became viral and she was hailed as an expert pole-vaulter. Instagram as well as Twitter are her most popular social media sites. Stokke is an incredibly well-known sportsperson in track and field, similar as Jessica Ennis Hill. It was noted by the Los Angeles Times among others that Stokke did not seek or support the kind of publicity that she received. The authors of their work Technology Power and Culture in the Network Society Brett Hutchins and David Rowe linked Stokke's case with that of American soccer players Alex Morgan and Hope Solo women athletes who were idolized and saw their public image framed sexually in a way that the authors said de-emphasized their sporting achievements. Concerning Stokke the authors noted that a lot of social media posts were insulting. They also blamed the sexualisation of women. Others compared Brandi's bra-clad celebration to the FIFA Women's World Cup Final from 1999 in which she celebrated her victory. A discussion about the public appearances was a distraction from women's achievements in sports. A journalist on the internet took pictures of Stokke's performance during the World Cup in New York, early in 2007. With Leather sports blog, that has a large male fan base, reposted the photograph in May. The article was titled Pole Vaulting is Almost Legal and also commented on Stokke's sexiness. Matt Ufford, the owner of the blog that the image was featured on and threatened with a lawsuit by the photographer in the event that the photo were not taken down. The article did however receive lots of interest from other sites and the image was subsequently removed. Stokke's photos of her pole vaulting skills were uploaded to an online tribute website. The images then went viral via social media, internet fan clubs gained thousands of new followers. Alyce Caron..............Alyce Caron was born in Houston in the United States in February 1957. Caron wanted her high school graduation to be completed in Florida. She graduated in 1974. her high school graduation, but took an alternative route by taking an internship. Alyce is the proud daughter of an academic professor. Her sister works as a college professor and her family supports her. Alyce's family lives in Texas since her father is employed for U.S. Army. They celebrated their father's birthday three years ago. Alyce posted a photo of her beautiful daughter on social media, recognizing his contributions in the U.S. Army. The mother also urges her child to be focused on her education. The daughter she has enrolled in received the National Merit Scholarship from the university, and she will be celebrating her 22nd birthday in 2022.
