Jennifer Tilly
Jennifer Tilly has won an Academy Award for her work as a Canadian-American and an expert poker player. Tilly was brought up in Los Angeles in the United America. Her first role came as an actress in 1983 on the show "Oh Madeline" where she played in a small role. She made her film debut with the 1984 film "No Small Affair," and since then, she has been unstoppable, typically appearing in several projects a year. She was extremely successful in the beginning to her career as an actor. When she first began her acting career, she appeared in featured in popular shows such as 'Hill Street Blues and 'Cheers' and 'Frasier. While she mainly played minor roles, this was far more than a newbie actor could expect. The Woody Allen film "Bullets over Broadway," she earned the awaited break which led to her becoming an Academy Award nominee for Best Supporting Actress.
